About the Role

Rasan Construction is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role requires a legal professional with extensive experience to serve as a key partner for senior management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in safeguarding the company's interests, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal support for strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialized legal advice and opinions to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Prepare, draft, and review various contracts and agreements, including those related to commercial, investment, contracting, and real estate development activities.
Represent the company before courts, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, and specialized committees.
Manage legal cases, disputes, and claims, developing strategies for their resolution and overseeing them through to closure.
Analyze legal and contractual risks, proposing solutions and preventive measures to protect the company's interests.
Monitor Saudi regulations, legislation, and bylaws, including updates, and ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements.
Interact efficiently with government agencies, judicial and regulatory platforms, and complete related transactions and procedures.
Offer legal support in negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution through appropriate legal methods.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Law, Regulations, or Sharia. Higher qualifications in a relevant field are preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the legal field, with demonstrated expertise in providing legal advice, managing cases, and handling contracts.
Possession of a valid law license.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi regulations and legislation, particularly commercial regulations, company law, labor law, and regulations pertinent to the contracting and real estate sectors.
Strong experience in drafting and reviewing contracting and commercial contracts, as well as managing contractual claims and disputes.
