Role Overview

MECCA Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (IC) for its Sorrento store located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in guiding the team to deliver high standards of customer experience.
• Lead store operations, driving success through continuous training, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to develop an effective team.
• Engage and motivate the in-store team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold company values.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience managing a large format retail environment.
• Ability to inspire and educate large teams.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in coaching and mentoring, with a focus on team member development.
• Genuine interest in people and a dedication to fostering a positive team member experience.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a retail management capacity. This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
