About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts® is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team in Makkah, serving guests across Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Spa Therapist plays an important role in supporting vital spa functions, focusing on delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy a memorable and unique experience.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Spa Therapist include:

Promoting spa services and retail products.
Scheduling and confirming guest reservations and appointments.
Providing accurate information and answers regarding available services.
Checking in guests efficiently.
Processing payments and ensuring smooth transactions.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The role involves various physical demands:

Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Managing reservation software, which includes reading and visually verifying information.
Performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
