The hotel spans four towers and includes various dining venues, retail outlets, a gym, an executive lounge, and meeting spaces. Guests can experience views of the Grand Mosque and a culinary selection featuring Mediterranean, Persian, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian cuisines.

The Role of Steward

A full-time opportunity is available for a Steward to join the Stewarding team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar. This role involves maintaining hygiene and operational standards within the stewarding department.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environment procedures, instructions, and controls.
Ensure strict observance of high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
Perform general cleaning duties as assigned by the direct supervisor, following established standards and schedules.
Ensure the safe, correct, and economic use of stewarding equipment, including dishwashing machines, glass washing machines, pot washing machines, floor cleaning and maintenance machines, and silver burnishing machines.
Clean and wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils in accordance with established hygiene and sanitation standards.
Count, sort, and prepare operating equipment and other kitchen utensils for banquet functions, ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are maintained to high standards with minimum breakage.
