About the Storekeeper Role at Sungrow

Sungrow is seeking a Storekeeper to join our team in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to manage and maintain efficient warehouse operations. The Storekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting project teams with timely material distribution.

Core Responsibilities

The Storekeeper plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of inventory, storage, and material distribution. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory records and conducting stock counts.
• Organizing and maintaining storage areas.
• Preparing and dispatching materials as per requisitions.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.
• Coordinating with various internal teams for efficient material handling.

Inventory Management and Control

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying accuracy and quality against documentation.
• Maintain organized and precise inventory records using either manual logs or digital systems.
• Conduct periodic stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with recorded data.

Storage, Organization, and Distribution

• Organize items systematically within storage areas to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
• Label and categorize all stored items appropriately for clear identification.
• Ensure storage areas are consistently clean, safe, and adhere to company policies and standards.
• Prepare and issue materials or equipment accurately based on approved requisitions.
• Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of all requested items.
• Document all dispatched items thoroughly for accurate tracking and future reference.

Monitoring, Reporting, and Compliance

• Identify and report instances of low-stock or overstocked items to relevant supervisors.
• Highlight any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors for prompt corrective action.
• Suggest practical improvements to optimize existing inventory management processes.
• Adhere strictly to safety and security protocols to prevent damage, loss, or accidents within the storage facility.
• Comply with all company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure efficient material handling.
• Provide regular updates on stock levels, operational issues, and implemented improvements.

Experience Requirement
