Key Responsibilities:

Engage with design teams for constructability feedback and feasibility analysis.
Lead the development of Project Execution Plans and manage contract communications with implementation teams.
Assemble and oversee project teams and professional consultants throughout the construction process.
Report on construction status, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Drive decision-making to minimize delays and achieve project KPIs.
Conduct a comprehensive handover to asset owners after project completion.
Lead retrospective programs to capture insights for continuous improvement.
Uphold world-leading standards of quality finishes.

Qualifications:

12+ years of construction experience, with at least 6 years in senior executive roles.
6+ years of experience in the Gulf Region.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
