Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Oversee content creation for all marketing materials including email, social media, and blog content.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts and analyze campaign performance.
• Event Planning & Management:
  • Lead the planning and execution of various events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Oversee venue selection, logistics, and budget management for events.
  • Manage guest relations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Communication & Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding marketing and event initiatives.
  • Build relationships with external partners to enhance marketing efforts.
• Data & Reporting:
  • Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and events management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.

Overview:
As the Safety Director, your primary responsibility will be ensuring compliance with established Health & Safety standards throughout Trojena Projects. This includes leading a team, overseeing contractor compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and prevention. Your role will be instrumental in building a legacy of safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set standards for assessing compliance with the Health & Safety Construction Plan.
• Manage the Health & Safety team and all internal/external stakeholders.
• Implement NEOM reporting deliverables and conduct audits.
• Lead Health & Safety management from design to construction.
• Conduct assessments and manage contractors’ safety plans.
• Train PMC contractor employees in Health & Safety practices.
• Ensure proper communication of Health & Safety policies across all teams.
• Implement innovative programs aimed at incident prevention.
• Evaluate contractors and maintain qualified Health & Safety personnel.

Experience & Qualifications:
We seek candidates with over 12 years of experience in Health & Safety Management. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required. Knowledge of ISO 450*******and strong leadership skills are essential.

• Manage procurement processes and keep up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Must have a Transferrable Iqama.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
