Role Overview
The Marketing & Events Manager will play a crucial role in developing strategies and executing marketing initiatives and events that attract and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Oversee content creation for all marketing materials including email, social media, and blog content.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts and analyze campaign performance.
• Event Planning & Management:
  • Lead the planning and execution of various events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Oversee venue selection, logistics, and budget management for events.
  • Manage guest relations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Communication & Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding marketing and event initiatives.
  • Build relationships with external partners to enhance marketing efforts.
• Data & Reporting:
  • Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and events management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.

As a Procurement Officer, you will manage the procurement process, ensuring that we source and secure the necessary goods and services to meet project demands. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to support NEOM projects.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Manage procurement processes and keep up-to-date records.
• Monitor inventory and delivery schedules for timely project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Must have a Transferrable Iqama.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.

Role Overview
The Procurement Lead will manage the procurement activities for low to high complexity project packages and support the Procurement Manager and Director in executing procurement for various projects. Embracing the NEOM values and governance is essential to ensure compliance and ethical practices in contract management.

Key Responsibilities

• Policies & Procedures: Manage procurement processes according to NEOM standards and recommend improvements to contracting strategies.
• Contracting Strategies & Tender Plans: Advise on tendering strategies and ensure completeness of scope provided by stakeholders.
• Tender Management: Prepare and issue necessary tender documents and manage bidder communications.
• Tender Evaluation: Evaluate technical and commercial submissions during bid evaluations.
• Contract Formation & Administration: Prepare contract documents and advise on contractual matters throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Management & Leadership: Coach junior team members and drive cost reduction initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications
Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of procurement experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role in procurement for projects. A degree in relevant fields such as Commerce, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying is required along with a procurement qualification (CIPS) or a relevant Master’s degree.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in ERP systems and e-procurement tools is important. International experience and fluency in Arabic are advantageous.
