As a Fleet Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Port of Neom's fleet, ensuring its reliability and service commitments while adhering to our decarbonization targets of net zero emissions by 2030.

Role Overview:
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the operational strategies for the marine service fleet and ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Developing the technical budget for maintenance and overseeing costs related to repairs, maintenance, and operational needs.
• Driving maintenance planning and coordination, including preventive maintenance schedules and inventory management.
• Executing surveys and inspections to guarantee vessel compliance with classification requirements.
• Promoting a safety-conscious culture by coaching the marine services crew.

Requirements:
We seek candidates with:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a marine technical role.
• Formal qualifications as a Marine Chief Engineer, Naval Architect, or Mechanical Engineer.
• Proven shoreside experience as a Fleet Technical Manager with expertise in vessel maintenance and decarbonization strategies.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
