As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving consumer demand, and supporting sales objectives for our diverse product portfolio. You will play a crucial role in positioning Durrah as a market leader in the food and beverage industry in Saudi Arabia.

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving consumer demand, and supporting sales objectives for our diverse product portfolio. You will play a crucial role in positioning Durrah as a market leader in the food and beverage industry in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital, ATL/BTL, and PR initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer trends and market opportunities.
- Manage effective brand positioning strategies.
- Oversee social media management, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and trade promotions.
- Monitor campaign ROI and make adjustments to strategies for maximum impact.
- Manage the marketing budget and maintain vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in the food and beverage sector within KSA.
- Proven success in launching products in KSA/GCC markets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinking with a creative approach.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
