Service Center Operator Internship

Alfa Laval is seeking a Service Center Operator Intern for its Yanbu location in Al Madinah Province. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience and involves direct responsibility for workshop job execution, focusing on quality and efficiency. The Service Center Operator Intern reports to the Service Centre Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on activities for Heat Exchanger reconditioning, including disassembly, plate cleaning, dye penetrant inspection, gasket gluing, assembly, and pressure testing.
• Ensure consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Document technical findings from inspections and prepare reports.
• Report any issues to the Team Leader and address concerns before proceeding with tasks.
• Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and procedures for all work.
• Adhere to guidelines specified in reconditioning and repair procedures.
• Maintain a safety-first approach during all work execution.
• Manage day-to-day housekeeping within the workshop.
• Ensure efficient maintenance and care of company tools, spares, and consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of workshop tools and personnel.
• Participate in organized training courses as instructed, contributing to personal development.
• Work extended hours as needed to meet customer requirements for on-time job execution.
