Role Overview

The Senior HR Assistant will provide essential support to the Divisional HR team. This role involves assisting with various human resources activities and ensuring proper documentation across key HR functions. The position requires reporting on implemented activities to the HR Supervisor using established systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing processes and related documentation.
• Support the implementation of HR policies.
• Manage holiday schedules and related administration.
• Facilitate medical services coordination for employees.
• Support payroll processing activities.
• Handle documentation related to employee terminations.
• Assist with accommodation management.
• Report on all implemented HR activities to the HR Supervisor using designated systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
