Samaya (سمـــايــا) is seeking a Planning Manager Facility Management to join our team in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to the successful execution and management of a large-scale facility management project.

Role Overview

The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, scheduling, resource forecasting, and performance monitoring within a significant facility management initiative. This position ensures the strategic oversight and operational efficiency of project timelines and resource allocation, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project master programme, alongside annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans.
• Plan various maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, reactive, statutory, and shutdown maintenance.
• Monitor project progress, work-order backlogs, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and schedule compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and specialist resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) planning, asset maintenance schedules, and work-order performance.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and constraints, and propose effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with operations, technical, commercial, procurement, HSE, quality, and client teams.
• Lead and supervise the dedicated planning and scheduling team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a planning or management role, specifically within facility management or large-scale project environments. A proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and resource management is essential for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated professional to work on-site, contributing to the strategic planning and operational excellence of facility management.
