ASSOCIATE CATH LAB TECHNOLOGIST

About the Role

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking an Associate Cath Lab Technologist to join their team in Al-Ahsa. This full-time position involves assisting interventional cardiologists in both diagnostic and interventional procedures, utilizing advanced fluoroscopy equipment to aid in the diagnosis of cardiac conditions.

Role Overview

The Associate Cath Lab Technologist plays a crucial role in the Cath Lab, supporting physicians by operating specialized equipment and performing various assessments. This position requires a foundational understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology to effectively contribute to patient care during complex procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain fluoroscopy and hemodynamic equipment.
• Perform physiological assessments and imaging modalities, including FFR, IFR, IVUS, and OCT.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
• Actively scrub and circulate in diagnostic and coronary intervention, electrophysiology studies, and structural heart procedures.
• Interrogate implantable devices such as PPM, ICD, and CRT-D, and adjust device parameters as indicated.
• Operate mechanical support devices, including IABP and ECMO.
• Contribute to maintaining organizational KPIs, quality control, and continuous improvements within the department.

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
