About the Role

Mission Consultant Engineering is actively seeking a highly qualified Civil Planning Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is based in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Region, with immediate hiring for a significant construction project located in Dammam.

Role Overview

The Civil Planning Engineer will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing all planning-related activities. This involves developing comprehensive project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects adhere to established timelines and resource allocations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project planning within the construction sector and possess strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for various construction initiatives.
• Monitor and track project progress against baselines, identifying critical path activities and potential deviations.
• Prepare regular progress reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for project stakeholders.
• Utilize specialized planning software to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure seamless coordination and information flow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold Saudi nationality.
• Demonstrated experience in planning for large-scale construction projects.
• A minimum of 7 to 15 years of professional experience in a planning engineering role.
• Excellent proficiency and hands-on experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling and control.
• Excellent proficiency and practical experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary of 20,000 SAR, which is inclusive of all allowances.
