This involves maintaining a thorough knowledge of Bupa Arabia's network, products, and services to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently and confidently.

Customer Service and Provider Compliance

Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to established customer service procedures and departmental standards.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Bupa Arabia's departments, hospital network, products, and services to address customer and provider queries accurately.
• Ensuring healthcare providers consistently comply with agreed-upon service standards for Bupa Arabia members.
• Verifying that hospitals utilize swipe card, fingerprint machines, the company website, and other technical services linked to Bupa Arabia.

Complaints Management and Relationship Building

The role also focuses on effective issue resolution and fostering strong partnerships:

• Resolving customer complaints efficiently without requiring escalation.
• Ensuring proper follow-up on recovery plans for resolved issues.
• Documenting complaints in the tracer system to facilitate preventive actions.
• Establishing excellent relationships with insurance directors at provider facilities.
• Conducting regular visits to front-line staff at points of service to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Coordinating with provider relations to implement recognition mechanisms for providers.
• Strengthening the perception of providers among customers to enhance the partnership framework.
