As a leading provider in industrial systems, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales strategies and initiatives in Dewatering, Shoring, and Pilling services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales projections and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
- Create short-term and long-term sales plans to meet target budgets.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve projected sales.
- Oversee local and regional sales promotions and campaigns.
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Identify business opportunities, acquire new clients and convert leads from various marketing channels.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of sales and operational records using data to project sales, determine profitability, and set targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Fluency in English with strong presentation skills.
- 812 years of relevant experience in the Dewatering, Shoring and Pilling services industries.
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
