About the Role

Knock is seeking a dedicated and skilled Barista (Specialty Coffee) to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position involves preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee beverages while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Role Overview

The Barista will be responsible for crafting a variety of specialty coffee drinks, adhering to established recipes and quality standards. This position is central to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of our coffee offerings. The successful candidate will operate within a fast-paced environment, focusing on consistency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service to all patrons.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace at all times.
• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including grinders, espresso machines, and various brewing tools.
• Strictly follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory management as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, various brewing methods, and advanced espresso techniques.
