About the Role

JAL International Co. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. Role Summary

The Facilities Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, safety protocols, and service delivery. The primary objective is to ensure that all buildings and facilities function efficiently and consistently meet established company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate effectively with external contractors and various service providers.
• Monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Control facility-related costs and prepare comprehensive operational reports.
• Ensure the consistent availability and high quality of essential facility services, including cleaning and security.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex facility operations.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively oversee facility operations.
