About the Field Service Technician Role

Al Masaood Energy is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position involves competently performing tubular running services (TRS) with a higher degree of autonomy, while consistently adhering to established safety standards and operational protocols. The Technician plays a key role in equipment troubleshooting and maintaining operational efficiency, leveraging their growing expertise to contribute to successful project outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain TRS equipment effectively.
• Provide technical assistance and support to customers during field operations.
• Manage the on-site installation, rig-up, and operation of TRS equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues accurately and implement timely, effective solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive service reports and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a proven ability to perform tubular running services and manage associated equipment with increasing autonomy. This experience should include practical application of troubleshooting, maintenance, and field support skills.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time role based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region. The position requires field-based work, involving direct interaction with equipment and customers on-site, operating within established safety and operational guidelines.
