About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for its Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia location. This full-time, non-management position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences by providing a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay. The role involves taking initiative to ensure seamless transactions and enrich guest visits.

Role Overview

The Guest Experience Expert is integral to the guest journey, going beyond standard check-in and check-out. This position requires proactively addressing guest needs, completing operational tasks, and offering local insights. Success is measured by maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, upholding confidentiality, protecting company assets, and consistently delivering high quality standards through professional appearance and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of services to guide guests through their entire stay, contributing to memorable experiences.
  • Take initiative to move throughout the space and perform tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process operational needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Complete necessary reports accurately.
  • Share highlights and recommendations about the local area with guests.
  • Ensure all transactions feel like a natural part of the guest experience.
  • Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding guest and company information.
  • Protect company assets from damage or misuse.
  • Ensure all guest interactions and personal presentation meet high quality standards.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as required.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A high school diploma or *** equivalent is preferred.
  • No prior related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No specific licenses or certifications are required for this role.

Work Environment and Details
