About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Manager HSE to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position involves leading and managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and personnel, ensuring the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services.

Role Overview

The Manager HSE coordinates the provision of essential HSE support for business acquisition and execution. This role requires interfacing and negotiating with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and effective HSE practices across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute processes that directly impact training, report writing, quality control, and the development and implementation of HSE plans.
Incorporate health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases from work sites.
Be accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within the HSE function, operating under general direction.
Manage the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members.
Participate in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management.
Demonstrated ability to lead HSE initiatives and personnel.
Experience in coordinating HSE services and supporting business operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, engaging with various stakeholders including regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.
