The Role

Le Café LPM is seeking a People & Culture Manager Saudi to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time role is central to shaping the organizational culture and ensuring effective talent management. The manager will be responsible for intentional hiring practices and fostering a workplace culture that encourages engagement and belonging.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive HR framework, including payroll, compensation, benefits, and legal compliance, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, develop the talent pipeline, design onboarding programs, and create development paths for future leaders.
• Support managers in establishing clear objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and handling sensitive employee relations matters, including terminations, with professionalism.
• Act as a guardian of Le Café LPM’s values, integrating them into all processes, hiring decisions, and periods of organizational change.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or luxury services sector.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and people development for high-performing teams.
