UBD Supervisor

About the Role

Halliburton is seeking a UBD Supervisor to join their team in Al Qatif or Al Khobar. This full-time position involves overseeing and executing all phases of service line equipment operations, both on and offshore, within the global energy industry. The role requires individuals who are committed to innovation, growth, and leadership, contributing to one of the world's largest providers of energy products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and perform all phases of rigging up and down service line equipment on work locations, both on and offshore, under general supervision.
• Provide necessary planning for jobs, including equipment setup, well site direction, and customer support activities.
• Manage activities related to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at customer locations and field camps.
• Mentor and train lower-level Service Operators and Operator Assistants in areas of expertise.
• Monitor instruments and perform calculations to ensure data quality at the well site.
• Consult with customers regarding services and products, promote positive customer relations at the well site, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Properly maintain equipment and complete all required job documentation.
• Conduct pre-job toolbox safety meetings, review and verify job plans with customer representatives, and manage any required changes.
• Review information from Business Development to confirm best practices are followed and proposed job plans meet customer expectations efficiently.
• Communicate with other Product Service Lines (PSLs) and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity compatibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Qatif or Al Khobar. The role involves working on locations both on and offshore, requiring adaptability to various operational environments within the energy industry.
