Role Purpose
As a Sales Representative, you will execute specific territory objectives that deliver competitive advantages at the Point of Purchase (POP). Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Detailed territory planning and organization
  • Effective outlet callage and KPI achievement via structured calls
  • Positively changing Olayan brands at the POP

Job Accountabilities & Activities
Your role will involve:
  • Liaising with the Field Line Manager (FLM) to agree and prioritize territory targets
  • Executing agreed outlet coverage and KPI priorities in calls
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance via FLM’s
  • Delivering specific distribution, pricing, promotion, and merchandising objectives in line with POP vision
  • Executing specific “push” and “pull” initiatives as directed by FLM’s
  • Monitoring individual call files to identify new customer opportunities
  • Completing all planning and administration for the territory in line with Olayan Standard Field Operating Procedures
  • Demonstrating knowledge and practical use of structured call principles

Education & Certifications
High school diploma required.

Experience
You should have a minimum of 34 years of sales experience.

Join GE Vernova as a Lead Sales Specialist!
As part of the Saudi Cluster Commercial team, you will play a vital role in managing Grid Automation (GA) Orders and CCM% within your assigned Sub-region. Reporting to the Sub Region Sales Director, you'll cover key areas such as Substation Protection, Substation Automation, and Critical Infrastructure Communications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute proposal strategies and sales agreements.
  • Structure deals, develop pricing and proposals.
  • Assist in customer negotiations and identify new business opportunities.
  • Improve proposal processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of sales territory and market dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Lead or support small projects with low risks.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues and help team members build consensus.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 47 years of sales and proposal experience across GCC/KSA.
  • Able to travel locally and globally up to 50% of the time.
  • Extensive knowledge of Sales Force.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Expertise in grid automation.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and lifecycle.
