The Role of Information Technology Engineer

Penspen is seeking an Information Technology Engineer to join its team in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves providing IT systems support and network management services specifically for the Project Management Services (PMS) team, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of project-related communication and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems support and network management services for the PMS team.
• Ensure secure and efficient operation of project-related communication and data systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local and cloud-based IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network hardware.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of document management, collaboration, and reporting platforms used by the PMS and Client.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data integrity across all project systems.
• Coordinate with Client IT departments to align PMS IT systems with project and corporate standards.
• Provide technical assistance to project staff.
• Manage software licensing, access control, and data backup procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in information technology and network management.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. The role requires on-site presence to support the PMS team and manage IT infrastructure effectively.
