The Role of Project Engineer (Interface Coordinator)

Penspen is seeking a Project Engineer (Interface Coordinator) to join its team in Al Khafji, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing project execution, managing coordination efforts, and monitoring contractor performance within the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage discipline engineers, planning and scheduling engineers, and ensure detailed interdisciplinary coordination between projects, site input, stakeholders, FEED, and EPC engineers.
• Coordinate effectively between the projects team and multidisciplinary inputs.
• Oversee the entire project execution process and monitor FEED contractor performance.
• Review FEED contractor schedules, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and conduct delay analysis.
• Monitor project budget and cost control, oversee timesheet submissions and leave requests, and provide overall support to Team Leads.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khafji, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in project coordination and oversight within a dynamic energy services environment.
