Senior Electrical Engineer

About the Role

Penspen is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Al Khafji, Eastern Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience in the field. The role involves operating within either the Core Engineering Team or a Project Management Team (PMT) project environment.

Role Context and Reporting

The Senior Electrical Engineer may have engineer-grade Electrical personnel under their direct responsibility. In such cases, the role will involve control, management, and delegation of activities to these support personnel. The position may also involve working under the supervision of a Lead Electrical Engineer, with responsibilities delegated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and controlling engineer-grade Electrical personnel, including delegating tasks and overseeing their activities.
• Contributing to projects within either the Core Engineering Team or a PMT project team.
• Performing electrical engineering tasks as assigned by a Lead Electrical Engineer, if applicable.
• Taking charge of various electrical engineering tasks as required by project demands.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience is essential for this role.

This position is based full-time in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia.
