About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Riyadh and Ad Dir'iyah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage service, extending beyond basic meal delivery to encompass the entire dining interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Setting and preparing tables for guest service.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Interacting with and serving guests throughout their dining experience.
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and service supplies.
Processing transactions in a manner that enhances the overall guest experience.

Professional Standards and Workplace Safety

Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a safe workplace environment.
Adhering to all company policies and established procedures.
Upholding high-quality service standards consistently.
Ensuring professional appearance, including uniform, and maintaining professional communication at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
Related Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
License or Certification: No specific license or certification is required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Capability to read and visually verify information, such as menu details.
Physical dexterity to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
