About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking an Accounting Supervisor - AP/AR to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves overseeing the accurate maintenance of all accounts payable and receivable records, contributing to financial precision and operational efficiency within the hotel.

Role Overview

The Accounting Supervisor - AP/AR will be responsible for ensuring precise records of all receivables from various sources including guests, tenants, concessionaires, credit card companies, online transactions, and employees. The position is critical in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard signed cheques in the Financial Controller’s safe and maintain a detailed log of these documents.
• Verify the accuracy of invoice backups before their distribution.
• Maintain an organized and current filing system for all financial documentation.
• Respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform various ad hoc tasks to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Ensure all charges and account statements for guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies are correct and submitted on time.

Qualifications and Experience

• A university degree is required.
• Candidates should possess 3-4 years of relevant experience in an accounting role.
• A professional accounting qualification is considered advantageous.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• System skills in Check SCM and SUN are essential.
