Napco National is seeking a dedicated CCTV Senior Operator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining a secure and disciplined operational environment within the company's facilities.

The Role: CCTV Senior Operator

The CCTV Senior Operator is responsible for comprehensive surveillance and monitoring activities within the control room. This role ensures the continuous functionality and optimal performance of all CCTV systems, contributing significantly to the safety and security protocols across Napco National's operations and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% vigilance and operational readiness while on duty in the control room.
• Operate and maintain the entire CCTV system, encompassing all on-site and off-site cameras, to ensure accurate visibility and continuous monitoring.
• Ensure the 100% healthiness and optimal operational condition of all installed CCTV cameras.
• Identify and capture unsafe acts or conditions that may pose risks to Napco National staff, contractors, visitors, operations, or assets, thereby enhancing discipline and the work environment.
• Report security breaches to ensure the effective presence and performance of the contracted security company.
• Coordinate closely with HSSE team members in the field to facilitate immediate action upon observing any unsafe act or condition.
• Monitor and accurately record automated procedures for uploading new images.
• Log and record the names and IDs of employees or contractors who fail to comply with approved Napco National policies and procedures within the AX Application.
• Generate and share monthly violation reports with the team leader.
• Inform and diligently follow up with the team leader regarding any malfunctioning cameras or unclear transmissions from the CCTV system.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in CCTV operations or a similar control room environment. A foundational understanding of surveillance systems and security protocols is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent presence and vigilance within a control room setting to ensure continuous monitoring.
