About ZODCON and the CO-OP Program

ZODCON, a member of Zamil Industrial, is a construction enterprise delivering civil, infrastructure, and MEP projects across Saudi Arabia. This CO-OP Trainee program offers motivated undergraduate students an internship opportunity to gain practical experience within the construction industry.

Opportunity for Practical Experience

This CO-OP training program is designed for undergraduate students seeking hands-on experience in the construction sector. It aims to bridge academic learning with real-world application, providing trainees with exposure to ZODCON’s large-scale projects, advanced technologies, and a professional workplace environment. The program duration typically ranges from 10 to 28 weeks, fulfilling university CO-OP requirements.

CO-OP trainees will be placed in various departments based on their field of study and ZODCON’s business needs. Potential training areas include, but are not limited to:

• Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Design Engineering
• Project Management & Planning (including Primavera Unifier, Oracle HCM Workforce Structures)
• Human Resources & Administration (HR operations, talent management, mobilization)

• Procurement & Supply Chain
• Finance & Accounting
