The Role of Fabrication Foreman

We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication Foreman to oversee fabrication operations within our Oil & Energy sector. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role is crucial for managing workflow, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence in fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of fabrication workers to maximize productivity and quality.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and work standards across all fabrication processes.
• Review project plans and specifications to accurately determine necessary materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Monitor schedules and budgets for fabrication projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of fabrication work to maintain quality control and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between fabrication teams and other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in fabrication, including a previous supervisory or foreman role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
