Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fitter, Welder to join our operational team. This full-time position is based in Dammam and offers a professional environment for individuals with expertise in mechanical fitting and welding within an industrial context. Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to function as a Senior Mechanical Technician within a steel plant. The Fitter, Welder will be responsible for executing essential mechanical tasks and ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of critical equipment. This position requires a strong commitment to operational excellence and adherence to safety protocols.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned fitting and welding jobs with precision, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Perform duties effectively as a Senior Mechanical Technician, contributing to the mechanical integrity of the steel plant.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of steel plant equipment and actively participate in performing necessary maintenance activities.

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a Fitter, Welder role, preferably within a heavy industrial or steel manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in mechanical fitting and various welding techniques, coupled with a commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located at our facilities in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic steel plant environment, requiring a hands-on approach and collaboration with a skilled team to maintain operational continuity.
