About the Role

Career Gulf is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the manufacturing sector in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to shaping organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, while also fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will lead various human resources initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs. This position involves identifying training needs, facilitating learning opportunities to support career growth, and continuously improving HR practices through innovation. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations, and to effectively manage complex employee relations issues.

Operational Duties

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and organizational goals, ensuring a fair workplace.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews, to attract top talent within the manufacturing industry.
• Design and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career advancement, promoting continuous learning.
• Manage employee performance appraisal systems, offering guidance to managers on effective evaluation techniques and feedback mechanisms.
• Address employee relations issues through investigations and conflict mediation to maintain a harmonious and collaborative workplace.
• Analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, using data-driven insights for strategic HR decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and develop succession planning strategies aligned with long-term company goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and well-being among employees.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations is required. A strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices is essential.

Compensation and Work Environment
