Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position focused on engineering related to manufacturing processes. The role involves influencing departmental operations and taking responsibility for planning and execution within established functional practices and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing engineering tasks that are primarily tactical and do not require a 4-year degree.
• Apply and deepen knowledge within a specific technical discipline, utilizing previous experience and acquired technical expertise to implement policies and strategies.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of key business drivers and apply this understanding to individual work performance.
• Understand how the work of the immediate team integrates with and contributes to other teams within the organization.
• Exercise judgment and propose solutions outside of established parameters, with appropriate guidance.
• Solve simple tasks by leveraging previous experience and on-the-job training.
• Utilize technical skills and analytical thinking to address problems, drawing upon multiple internal sources beyond the immediate team for decision-making.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proven interpersonal skills, suitable for a single contributor role or junior leadership.
• Ability to hire and develop talent, if applicable to a leadership capacity.
