MRSOOL Inc is seeking a Merchant Acquisition Specialist for a full-time position in Dammam. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

The Merchant Acquisition Specialist will join the In-store Operations team. This position involves signing new businesses and inspecting in-store marketing efforts at partner stores. The role requires on-the-ground visits to both new and existing merchants.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and approach potential merchants in their physical store locations.
Introduce company services or products and explain the benefits of partnership to potential merchants.
Establish and maintain relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and challenges.
Conduct in-person product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns to secure new partnerships.
Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and merchant feedback, including in-store materials visibility.
Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
