About the Role: Network Asst Analyst

PepsiCo is seeking a Network Asst Analyst to join its team in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, with primary locations in Dammam and Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring the stability and effective delivery of IT Field Service operations across Saudi Snacks Foods locations.

Role Context and Scope

The Network Asst Analyst drives Field Service operations for Saudi Snacks Foods, encompassing two manufacturing locations and the Executive Leadership based in the Riyadh Head Office. The role involves close collaboration with Sector/Global IT support teams and external third-party providers to meet defined Service Levels and customer expectations, while maintaining the stability of the IT Infrastructure. This position serves as the primary escalation point for the Saudi Snacks Foods user community and includes involvement in various IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service to IT customers and vendors, ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Manage Field Services tickets, prioritizing incidents and requests based on urgency and impact, then allocating them or escalating to backline teams as needed.
• Track the progress of Field Services tickets and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely and effective resolution in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the IT operations team to enhance operational stability across SSFL applications and infrastructure.
• Provide regular management updates to stakeholders regarding the service availability of IT services.
• Support the broader IT team in the successful delivery of IT and business projects.
• Participate in investigations of Critical Incidents and implement workarounds to minimize business impact.
• Maintain the health of infrastructure systems, ensuring upgrades and patches are current.
• Manage and collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure service quality meets expectations.
• Review and approve Network Low-Level Designs (LLD).

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Valid CCNA or CCNP certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of related IT business work experience within a large-scale corporate environment.
• Experience with ITIL and a Service Delivery qualification.

Required Skills and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to prioritize workload effectively, and the capacity to liaise with individuals across all functions and levels of the PepsiCo business. A strong customer-facing approach is essential for this role, which involves project work.
