About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team in Dammam. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to efficient material handling and strict adherence to safety protocols within our production and warehouse facilities. The operator will be responsible for various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and safe movement of goods.

Key Operational Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Forklift Operator include:

• Operating forklifts in designated assignment areas, specifically R1, R2, and R3 receiving production.
• Efficiently stacking and loading products for customers.
• Stacking and loading trucks within the ISPC storage area and Logistics Warehouse.

Safety and Compliance

A critical aspect of this role involves maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Completing the forklift checklist and ensuring all safety items are filled before operation.
• Applying Standard Operating Procedures (**** and safe driving practices consistently within the plant.
• Strictly adhering to all company Rules and Regulations.
• Understanding and following organizational Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) policies.
• Following all safety instructions related to the job.
• Reporting any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to concerned staff.
• Maintaining provided PPEs in good, workable condition.
• Avoiding horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Reporting any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Attending planned safety trainings.
• Exercising the right to refuse any unsafe work.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in forklift operation or a related field. A foundational understanding of material handling and warehouse operations is expected.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within Al Tuwairqi Group's production and warehouse facilities.
