Planning Engineer

About the Role

Al-Rashed Group is seeking a Planning Engineer to join their team in Dammam. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the daily planning and execution of job tasks to achieve monthly objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear inquiries as an integral part of the review process team.
• Manage daily updates of the dispatch plan and monitor the status of in-hand orders.
• Assist the Draftsman in preparing engineering drawings in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain optimal raw material levels and issue cutting requests to ensure smooth order processing.
• Collaborate with the Design Engineer in the preparation of design packages.
• Oversee outsourcing activities and coordinate effectively with third-party vendors.

Authorities

• Sign inquiries for clearance.
• Approve engineering drawings.
• Supervise the Planning Team and assign job tasks.

Accountabilities

• Ensure daily planning of jobs and achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires a strong understanding of planning processes and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
