The company fosters a culture of equality and inclusivity. We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Production Engineer will lead production activities, working in close coordination with Safety, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production team leaders. This role is central to improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost through effective process design, Lean manufacturing principles, SAP master data integrity, and structured problem-solving methodologies. The position actively supports equipment safety, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance, ensuring safe work practices are integrated into manufacturing processes. Coordination of equipment safety and guarding requirements with the HSE department, in alignment with MESH (Eaton Environmental, Health and Safety) and applicable regulatory standards, is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble GEIS components and modules into complete bays using a lean and flow production line, aiming for optimal quality, maximum cost savings, and shortest delivery times.
• Utilize production planning procedures to achieve efficient processes and optimal resource utilization.
• Foster a well-trained and motivated staff, establishing a professional team-working environment.
• Direct and coordinate plant operations to meet established production schedules.
• Establish a team focused on ensuring timely delivery of materials to the shop floor.
• Schedule and conduct plant meetings as required.
• Manage product quality control within the plant.
• Regularly update the factory production forecast and milestone dates, reporting key figures and forecasts on a monthly basis.
• Lead production planning across all business departments, including sales, project management, engineering, production, supply chain management, and field operations.
• Inquire about logistics for GEIS components and modules from feeder factories, including tracking systems for goods.
• Prepare complete order handling, encompassing both long and short-term planning, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corresponding improvement plans.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to EATON-MESH guidelines.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by management that are necessary to fulfill job requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a production engineering role.
