Career Gulf is seeking a Production Manager for a full-time position based in Dammam. This role involves overseeing the entire production process to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Production Manager will be instrumental in driving productivity and quality within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules, utilizing tools like ERP systems to track progress and optimize workflows.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, using statistical tools to drive process enhancements and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and supply chain, to ensure alignment in production goals and resource allocation.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials needed for production, minimizing downtime.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, complying with industry regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations for future operations.
• Continuously evaluate production processes and implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve overall productivity.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Production Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in production management. The role requires demonstrated ability in overseeing complex production processes, implementing quality control, leading teams, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis and lean manufacturing principles.

Compensation and Work Details

This is a full-time position located in Dammam. The salary offered for this role ranges from SAR 30,000 to SAR 33,750 per month.
