About Napco National and the Production Planner Role

Napco National is seeking a dedicated Production Planner to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers a foundational opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to our operational efficiency and production scheduling.

Purpose of the Role

The Production Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of manufacturing processes. This involves meticulous planning, effective coordination across various departments, and diligent monitoring to meet production targets and maintain delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage job order production schedules for all manufacturing processes.
• Ensure timely production and completion of orders, maintaining established delivery schedules.
• Oversee the timely execution of all samples and internal trials.
• Develop and submit the monthly tentative preventive maintenance plan to the maintenance planner.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production units regarding daily and scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Generate contribution margin reports for all produced orders.
• Participate in daily production and customer service meetings, providing updates on production targets and any delays.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Production Planning Unit Head, Customer Service Manager, and Supply Chain Manager.
• Coordinate and follow up on all activities within or related to the production process.
• Ensure the timely provision of necessary materials for 48 hours of production from external to internal warehouses.

Experience Requirements

• Candidates should possess 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic manufacturing environment at Napco National.
