About the Role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for Al-Futtaim Automotive, specifically for FAMCO Riyadh. This full-time position is based in Dammam and reports directly to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA. The role focuses on leading the Trucks & Buses sales business across Saudi Arabia, with a primary objective to drive sales volume, revenue, and gross margin.

Role Context and Objectives

The Regional Sales Manager will be instrumental in setting the sales direction for the Trucks & Buses division. A key aspect of this role involves strengthening forecasting accuracy and ensuring consistent commercial performance across the business. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing regional sales structure, overseeing operations in key cities including Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the national sales function for Trucks & Buses to achieve agreed sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
Manage and coach regional sales managers across Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah to ensure strong commercial results.
Collaborate with Planning and Analysis teams to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
Monitor sales progression daily, weekly, and monthly, implementing timely actions to keep performance on track.
Maximize stock availability and support sales campaigns designed to manage overage inventory effectively.
Build and maintain KPI reporting that offers clear insight into market performance and sales trends.
Collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sales campaigns are relevant, targeted, and capable of delivering results.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant sales leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage regional sales teams.
Proven track record in driving sales volume, revenue, and gross margin.
