About the Role

TalentHive is seeking a Resource Planning Lead to join its central PMO function in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves taking ownership of resource planning across a growing, diversified Saudi organization that operates across multiple project-driven and support-service businesses. The position offers sector-wide visibility and responsibility for resource capacity planning, influencing decisions related to people, equipment, and budgets.

Role Context and Impact

This is a strategic role focused on developing a more structured, proactive, and data-driven resource planning function. The Resource Planning Lead will work closely with senior business leaders, PMO, HR, and Finance to ensure critical resources are available when and where they are needed. The position directly influences the deployment of people, equipment, and budgets across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading resource capacity planning across multiple projects and business units.
• Forecasting future manpower, equipment, and budget requirements.
• Identifying resource shortages, excess capacity, and opportunities to improve utilization.
• Assisting leadership in prioritizing and reallocating resources across competing projects.
• Aligning resources with project schedules, milestones, and business priorities.
• Partnering with PMO, HR, Finance, and operational leadership on workforce and budget planning.
• Developing dashboards and management reporting related to capacity, demand, and utilization.
• Driving improvements in resource utilization, forecasting, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in resource planning.
• Experience within a central PMO function is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resource capacity planning across diverse projects and business units.
• Proficiency in developing forecasting models for manpower, equipment, and budget needs.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying resource gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across various departments including PMO, HR, and Finance.

Compensation

The salary for this position is up to SAR 18,125 per month, in addition to company benefits.
