About the Role

The Red Sea Development Services Company is seeking a Senior Manager - DevCo Resource Management and Reporting to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to governing and controlling DevCo's workforce costs, utilization, and changes against approved baselines. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for the integrity of workforce data, which is critical for all management reports. The Senior Manager will be tasked with issuing monthly workforce reporting packs, operating change control mechanisms, managing workforce master data, and ensuring an audit-ready control environment. The position is key to maintaining financial discipline and accurate reporting within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff cost reporting, including baseline, forecast, and actual comparisons, cost variance analysis, and payroll reconciliation.
• Establish and operate registers for workforce change control and conduct impact assessments.
• Monitor workforce utilization, chargeability, and exposure to bench and idle costs.
• Ensure the integrity of workforce master data across resource management, work breakdown structures, and organizational structures.
• Direct the automation of workforce reporting through structured data models and business intelligence tools.
• Manage workforce data interfaces with Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources departments.
• Ensure all workforce controls are thoroughly documented and prepared for audits.
• Improve workforce control and reporting cycles through targeted process enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce cost management, reporting, and data integrity.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain robust control environments.
