Established in 2017, DevCo focuses on creating luxury resorts, residential communities, and infrastructure projects that integrate with the region's natural environment and cultural heritage. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

The Senior Manager Resource Management and Reporting will govern and control DevCo's workforce cost, utilization, and changes against the approved baseline. This role is responsible for the integrity of workforce data, which underpins all management reports. Key activities include issuing monthly workforce reporting packs, operating change control, managing workforce master data, and maintaining an audit-ready control environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff cost reporting on a baseline–forecast–actual basis, including cost variance analysis and payroll reconciliation.
• Establish and operate workforce change-control registers and impact assessments.
• Monitor utilization, chargeability, bench, and idle-cost exposure.
• Ensure the integrity of workforce master data across resource management, work breakdown, and organizational structures.
• Direct the automation of workforce reporting through structured data models and business intelligence tooling.
• Manage workforce data interfaces with Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources.
• Ensure workforce controls are documented and audit-ready.
• Improve workforce control and reporting cycles through targeted process enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
