Site Services Technician

About the Role

Al Shuwayer Group of Companies is seeking a Site Services Technician to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position involves critical maintenance and servicing of electrical infrastructure, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, inspection, routine maintenance, and servicing of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear and control gear assemblies.
• Perform comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance, routine inspection, oil-related activities, and technical troubleshooting on power transformers.
• Conduct functional checks, mechanical operation tests, contact resistance, insulation resistance, and associated electrical testing to support testing and commissioning activities.
• Systematically diagnose equipment defects, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and document and report technical findings to ensure equipment reliability.
• Adhere strictly to approved operating procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements throughout all tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance and servicing of switchgear, control gear, and power transformers.
• Proficiency in electrical testing and commissioning support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical issues.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring on-site presence to manage and maintain critical infrastructure. The role demands strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
