Job Summary

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a System Administrator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operation, availability, and security of our IT infrastructure. The System Administrator will ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and available to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers and operating systems.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Support Windows/Linux environments as applicable.
• Manage storage, file systems, and shared resources.
• Configure and maintain core network services such as DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and system-related incidents.
• Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Support backup, recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Maintain system documentation and technical procedures.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, network, security, and support teams.
• Ensure systems comply with internal IT security and operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in system administration or a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The System Administrator will work within a team environment, collaborating with various IT departments to maintain robust and secure IT operations.
