Ecolab's Global Supply Chain comprises over 300 manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and facilities designed to support direct sales, marketing, and distribution. We are seeking a TPM Leader to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across the plant, aiming for sustainable improvements in equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The TPM Leader will lead key TPM pillars and build a long-term TPM culture within the plant. This position supports cross-functional teams and ensures the plant progresses toward world-class manufacturing standards. The core purpose is to lead and coordinate the plant TPM program in alignment with site strategy/OGSM and the regional/global TPM program, proactively driving a continuous improvement culture to achieve the site vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure TPM implementation aligns with the site master plan and regional/global TPM strategy.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Plant Manager and leadership team on TPM governance and deployment.
• Coach and train all site associates in effective application of TPM tools and techniques to achieve site KPIs.
• Contribute to the regional TPM community by developing and sharing best practices.
• Develop and promote a loss-driven culture through appropriate TPM tools and techniques.
• Identify and prioritize continuous improvement areas via audits, benchmarking, and gap analysis.
• Support SHE improvements via the SHE Pillar, ensuring alignment with the site master plan.
• Utilize loss analysis across the plant to identify opportunities and prioritize actions.
• Lead by example, spending time on the floor for observations, audits, identifying gaps/defects, and timely actions.
• Co-create, coordinate, and organize the plant's TPM steering committee, pillars, and teams for consistent deployment and results.
• Ensure TPM philosophy, processes, and procedures are embedded into the site's culture.
• Monitor and report progress against site KPIs to implement improvement programs.
• Lead T&PD & 5S pillars; design and implement a competency management system for the plant.
• Develop and train associates in fundamental TPM tools including 5S, Kaizens, OPLs, SOPs, CIL, and checklists.
• Create and maintain the TPM master plan, incorporating benchmarking with other sites.
• Lead the plant towards gold certifications according to the agreed timeline and plant master plan/strategy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in the TPM field within a manufacturing plant.
• Operational Knowledge: Working knowledge across Operations in a dynamic environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Language: Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading), with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Analytical thinking, capable of making data-driven and informed decisions.
